Your only or youngest child is ready to be independent. He or she has already signed the papers for an apartment lease and has hired movers to move possessions into the new pad.
This is an inevitable scenario for parents. Young people are often in a hurry to move out. They want a life of their own and an important part of this goal is to get their own place. However, parents are often left with a lot of obsolete items that belong to a life with children in the home.
